SLC Placement Request Sheet
We will start collecting the SLC Placement Request sheets on Monday, January 13, 2020 beginning at 7:00 A.M. in the Auditorium.
After 9:00 A.M. on Monday, January 13th through February 7, 2020, please submit your SLC Placement Request sheet to the Attendance Office. This is phase one for submitting the sheet.
**Very IMPORTANT, this first phase is just for students who Walter Reed Middle School is their school of residence. If Walter Reed Middle School is not your school of residence, parent must obtain a district permit first before submitting the SLC Placement Request sheet. The SAS/eChoices permit can be found on the eChoices website at http://echoices.lausd.net/.
All other permits must be obtained through Mr. Segura beginning in February.
